Having worked at Abika for over 7yrs I can highly recommend anyone looking to work in recruitment or find a recruitment agency for SaaS Sales hiring. We have a great company culture and access to high calibre clients and candidates.

When Abika first approached me for a role I was impressed with their professionalism. From their first email and call it was clear they understood the role requirements and communicated them well. Once we all agreed it was the right fit, they set a quick series of steps in action, proactively chasing up with the employer on my behalf, offering relevant info and support, and following up with me at the time they said they would – not a moment too late, or for a minute too long either. Working with Tom Bourne and Tom Woodford was pleasant because they’re not only brilliant at their job, they’re also just great people all around. Hiring can feel stiff and a little unnatural, and their tact and sense of humour made it a pleasant experience.

Abika Consulting (specifically Clint) was really helpful and supportive in my search for a role. They were very diligent and checked in regularly, always making sure I felt best prepared for interviews and asking me questions and prompts to offer advice where he saw fit. Clint was respectful of my needs from a role and always acted in the best interest when talking to companies on my behalf. Hopefully I won’t need to, but I know I could (and would happily) reach out to Clint if I was looking for another role in the future.

I’ve been really impressed with Abika throughout my experience! I wasn’t actively looking for a job and was happy at my role at the time. After being impressed with Ted’s commitment when he got in touch with me out of hours, I gave him a chance to speak with me. Having a job at the time, I was not willing to speak about other opportunities during working hours which was something that impeded other consultancies / recruiters. Ted made sure that he was actively contactable outside of my working hours and was very proactive about presenting new opportunities as well as making sure that I felt comfortable with speaking to them. I was assisted through the entire process by the Abika team. When Ted wasn’t available (due to annual leave) Callum was my point of contact. Callum was similarly thorough and always contactable when I needed to ask a question or if I had a request. I am certain that he would adhere to the Abika style of thoroughly seeing me through my journey from start to finish if I had him throughout the process. I’d strongly recommend utilising Abika – they are always readily available, knowledgable about companies that they propose, and invested in getting you the best opportunity for you. Abika we’re the only recruitment based company that I took a chance with and I’m very happy that I did! I start my new job next week and I couldn’t be more excited! 🙂
