Training with Abika is comprehensive and supportive starting with a full induction from the senior team. Then with an extremely hands-on approach, beginning in a candidate sourcing role, you will learn your industry, the Abika way, about your candidates and how to give them the very best service before you progress to demonstrate your knowledge to clients and candidates alike, delivering the Abika values every time.

On an ongoing basis you will be mentored and coached by some of the best and most knowledgeable consultants and managers in the business. With massive expertise in their niche sectors, you will learn and perfect your own skills, to allow you to meet the expectations of some of the best and the biggest companies worldwide.
