Are you a strategic Account Manager with experience managing large customer accounts and proving value at C-level? We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS business helping frontline organisations improve communication, learning, task management and operational performance across large distributed teams.

This is a senior, strategic account management role sitting between Customer Success and Sales. You’ll act as a value consultant, helping major customers measure the impact of the platform, demonstrate ROI and maximise long-term account value.

Your Key Responsibilities:

πŸ”Ή Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.

πŸ”Ή Build strong relationships with C-level and senior operational stakeholders.

πŸ”Ή Help customers maximise value from the platform and improve operational outcomes.

πŸ”Ή Measure success using data, usage insights and commercial impact.

πŸ”Ή Deliver QBRs that clearly demonstrate ROI and business value.

πŸ”Ή Identify risks within accounts and build mitigation plans.

πŸ”Ή Support retention and account growth through strong relationship management and value delivery.

πŸ”Ή Partner closely with sales and customer success teams, with commissions aligned to retention.

What We’re Looking For:

πŸ”Ή Strategic Account Management experience in a SaaS or technology environment.

πŸ”Ή Experience managing a book of strategic accounts with significant ARR value.

πŸ”Ή Confidence working with C-level executive stakeholders.

πŸ”Ή Strong understanding of how to prove value, measure ROI and drive adoption.

πŸ”Ή Experience supporting renewals from an account management perspective would be useful.

πŸ”Ή Ability to identify account risks and create clear mitigation plans.

πŸ”Ή Experience with six-figure customer accounts.

πŸ”Ή Retail operations experience would be a strong advantage.

πŸ”Ή Experience in workforce management, communications, intranet or frontline technology would be highly relevant.

πŸ”Ή Willingness to travel internationally as required.

πŸ”Ή Able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
