This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and helping customers get more value from a data-led SaaS platform. You’ll need a strong hunter mentality, even though the role is focused on existing accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
🔹 Identify and close expansion opportunities within the customer base.
🔹 Support retention, renewal and account growth activity.
🔹 Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
🔹 Understand customer needs and position relevant solutions.
🔹 Work with internal teams to ensure customers receive strong service and commercial value.
🔹 Maintain a proactive, opportunity-led approach to account management.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Account management experience in a commercial environment.
🔹 A strong hunter mentality and ability to identify growth opportunities.
🔹 Experience selling into relevant sectors would be an advantage.
🔹 Comfortable managing retention, expansion and customer growth.
🔹 Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
🔹 Proactive, commercially minded and target-driven.
🔹 Able to work from Manchester at least three days per week.
