Are you an experienced Bid Manager who enjoys owning the full bid process from start to finish? We’re working with an established procurement and finance software business looking for a confident Bid Manager to take ownership of RFPs and structured bid activity across a busy, high-value market.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands formal bid processes, especially where public sector or procurement-led buying processes are involved. You’ll be the dedicated bid specialist, managing bids end-to-end and helping the business respond clearly, professionally and commercially to new opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Own and manage the end-to-end bid process.
🔹 Coordinate responses to RFPs and formal procurement opportunities.
🔹 Work closely with sales, pre-sales, product and leadership teams to gather the right information.
🔹 Ensure bid responses are accurate, compliant, compelling and submitted on time.
🔹 Bring structure, process and accountability to each bid.
🔹 Help improve bid content, templates and response quality over time.
🔹 Travel occasionally to the Reading office when required.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven bid management experience.
🔹 Experience managing RFPs and structured bid processes.
🔹 Strong written communication and attention to detail.
🔹 Confidence owning the bid process independently.
🔹 Experience in software, procurement, public sector or finance-related markets would be advantageous.
🔹 Strong organisation, stakeholder management and deadline control.
🔹 Comfortable working remotely, with occasional travel when required.
