Are you a senior Enterprise Account Executive with experience selling SaaS solutions into retail, hospitality, workforce management, internal communications or frontline employee environments? This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven enterprise seller to join a scaling SaaS business with strong traction across retail and hospitality. You’ll be selling a platform that helps large organisations improve communication, learning, task management, operational execution and frontline employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Build and manage enterprise sales opportunities across the UK, Nordics and Europe.

🔹 Prospect into target accounts and create your own pipeline alongside SDR and marketing support.

🔹 Sell a mobile-first SaaS platform covering task management, employee communication and mobile learning.

🔹 Manage complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders across operations, HR, internal communications and retail leadership.

🔹 Use a strong value-selling approach to uncover pain, prove impact and drive commercial urgency.

🔹 Land new enterprise customers and identify long-term expansion potential.

🔹 Maintain strong deal discipline, sales process and professional follow-up throughout the buying journey.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven Enterprise SaaS sales experience.

🔹 A strong new business mindset and willingness to prospect.

🔹 Experience selling into retail, hospitality, workforce management, communications, intranet or similar technology markets.

🔹 Retail sector experience would be a strong advantage.

🔹 Experience managing larger ACV deals and longer enterprise sales cycles.

🔹 Strong value-selling skills, with MEDDIC or similar methodology highly desirable.

🔹 A senior seller who is still coachable and open to improvement.

🔹 Good tenure, ideally with at least three years in a previous sales role.

🔹 Strong intelligence, character, coachability, experience and emotional intelligence.

🔹 Able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
