Your Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives.

🔹 Coach reps on enterprise sales execution, deal control, pipeline discipline and major account strategy.

🔹 Help the team navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders.

🔹 Build a structured, high-accountability rhythm across prospecting, qualification, forecasting and closing.

🔹 Support hiring and team development as the business continues to scale.

🔹 Drive performance against ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🔹 Champion a culture of discipline, motivation, resilience and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership.

🔹 A background selling into major accounts with six-figure average order values.

🔹 Experience managing complex enterprise sales involving 10+ stakeholders.

🔹 Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies and playbook-led environments.

🔹 Some previous leadership experience, ideally with responsibility for coaching or developing salespeople.

🔹 The ability to clearly explain how you develop reps and improve performance.

🔹 Strong commercial judgement, motivation, discipline and communication skills.

🔹 A willingness to work in a hybrid model from London three days per week.
