Your Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Manage, coach and develop a team of SDRs.
πΉ Drive outbound activity, pipeline generation and qualified opportunity creation.
πΉ Support SDRs with messaging, objection handling, prospecting strategy and meeting quality.
πΉ Create a strong rhythm around activity, performance, accountability and development.
πΉ Work closely with sales leadership and Account Executives to align SDR activity with commercial priorities.
πΉ Monitor team performance and help individuals improve conversion and consistency.
πΉ Contribute to a positive, high-energy and disciplined sales development culture.
What Weβre Looking For:
πΉ SaaS sales development experience.
πΉ At least one year of SDR leadership or team lead experience.
πΉ Experience managing or coaching SDRs in a target-driven environment.
πΉ Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
πΉ Cyber security experience is not essential, but SaaS experience is important.
πΉ Strong communication, coaching and performance management skills.
πΉ Able to work from the London office three to four days per week.
