Your Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across Germany.
🔹 Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities with large, multi-stakeholder organisations.
🔹 Lead discovery conversations, uncover business challenges and shape compelling value-led solutions.
🔹 Sell AI-powered search, personalisation, recommendations and knowledge solutions into senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
🔹 Work closely with internal technical, customer and pre-sales teams to create strong, well-qualified opportunities.
🔹 Maintain a disciplined sales process, using strong qualification, deal control and commercial rigour throughout.
🔹 Represent the business with energy, professionalism and attention to detail at every stage of the sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Fluent German and English language skills.
🔹 Proven Enterprise SaaS sales experience.
🔹 A strong new business background, not just account management or expansion.
🔹 Experience selling complex, technical or data-led software solutions.
🔹 Confidence managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
🔹 A structured approach to sales, with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC experience highly desirable.
🔹 Strong communication skills, commercial intelligence and professional credibility.
🔹 Experience across ecommerce, customer service, AI, cloud infrastructure, analytics or enterprise search would be a strong advantage.
