This is a brilliant opportunity for a VP of Revenue to join a scaling SaaS business with strong market momentum, a modernised product and ambitious plans to double ARR. You’ll take ownership of revenue performance across new logo and existing business, helping the company move from a high-velocity transactional model into a more strategic mid-market and low-enterprise motion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the revenue function across new logo acquisition and existing customer growth.
🔹 Build a more predictable and repeatable outbound sales motion.
🔹 Optimise the funnel, improve conversion and bring greater structure to the sales process.
🔹 Coach and develop the sales team, embedding stronger methodology and commercial discipline.
🔹 Support the move towards a more strategic mid-market and low-enterprise sales approach.
🔹 Work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, culture, accountability and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven SaaS revenue leadership experience.
🔹 Experience taking a scaling business through a similar growth journey.
🔹 A track record of moving from a less mature outbound model into a more structured and dependable revenue engine.
🔹 Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, funnel performance and sales methodology.
🔹 Experience owning both new logo and existing revenue targets.
🔹 Strong coaching ability and the confidence to raise performance across a commercial team.
🔹 Experience in RegTech, credit risk, AML, financial data or a related market would be a strong advantage.
🔹 Able to work from Manchester three days per week.
