Customer Success Manager (German speaker)
Salary: Competitive 6-figures
Location: Berlin (hybrid)

Our client was recently acquired in a multi-billion $ deal, due to continuous YoY growth, an A-grade customer base (1m+ users), and a solution which is invaluable in saving time when working with the world’s most prominent software programme.
Role
As an early customer success hire in Berlin, your role will be pivotal & include:
– helping set up and refine CS processes
– looking after a book of DACH accounts strategically
– running business reviews
– improving product adoption
– identifying revenue growth opportunities 
– ensuring excellent retention levels
Requirements
3+ years in a SaaS CSM role, with enterprise account experience
A consistent track record of achieving against retention & growth targets
Demonstrable ability to be a strategic partner to your account base
Experience with businesses reviews, with a keen eye to identify opportunities within your accounts
An understanding of CS processes & how to establish & refine effectively
Fluency in German & English 
Ability to commute to the Berlin office
