Role
Prospecting cold & warm leads via personalised calls & emails, in order to generate pipeline
Achieve & exceed monthly targets (booked meetings)
Understand prospects’ needs & identify potential matches
Discover new angles & use different strategies to book meetings
Requirements
Fluency in German (spoken & written)
Experience with outbound sales into German & DACH regions
A winning mentality & strive to achieve targets
Organized by nature, strategic in thinking, unafraid to take risks
You’re a collaborative & encouraging team player
Ideally experienced with CRM systems & sales engagement software
