Following extensive year on year profit growth and physical expansion, here at Abika Consulting we felt it time to complement our offline acceleration with some online optimisation too.
Although 70% of our candidates and most of our clients too come to us via referral and our unrivalled search focus it seems prudent to have a website where everyone could find Abika, our jobs and our people to apply, enquire or simply keep up with Abika as we develop.
For the website and mobile website we chose http://www.websites4agencies.co.uk/ part of The Strategies Group for the extensive functionality their “Jobweb” recruitment platforms provide, including fast CV upload and application process, fast, comprehensive job search and candidate management, and social media integration.
The mobile website will help us to reach our candidates on the move and via tablet devices, which Google indicates is where over 20% of job searches are now initiated.
Our candidates can now easily create an account at www.abikaconsulting.com to manage their applications, CV, view jobs and more or apply quickly via Social Media.
Coupled with this we have begun a Social Media campaign to enable our social referrals to grow and to share news on services, our vacancies and niche and industry news as cutting edge as Abika Consulting.
The website itself gives a thorough overview of our three primary and definitive niche sectors Oil & Gas, IT & Telecoms, and Software Sales and the “Global reach & local knowledge” and Abika deliverables we pride ourselves upon.
