In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of their R&D tax claim services. You will develop and implement a comprehensive claim quality framework, providing guidance to a team of dedicated R&D tax specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust claim quality framework to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in R&D tax claim processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end claim quality management, from claim preparation and review to submission and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to the R&D tax specialists, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline claim processes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining claim quality within the R&D tax sector.
- In-depth knowledge of R&D tax relief schemes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Professional qualification such as ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
